This offer concerns heterogeneous catalytic systems in the form of catalytic composites based on nickel(II) complexes, including dichloronickel(II), and complexes with ligands such as 1, 10-phenanthroline and 2,2′-bipyridyl – deposited on NH₂-MIL-125(Ti)-type titanium metal-organics frameworks.
The invention relates to a method for producing catalytic composites and a method for the polymerisation of methyl methacrylate using these composites as highly active catalysts, involving the conduct of controlled radical polymerisation in an environmentally friendly dispersion system in the presence of water, a surfactant and ascorbic acid as a reducing agent.
This technology can be applied in industries where strict reproducibility is required, and which call for polymers with a high degree of structural (macromolecular) purity.
