The invention provides a method for producing a preparation with antimicrobial properties against phytopathogenic bacteria using cold atmospheric plasma. The preparation is obtained by treating aqueous solutions of inorganic salts with plasma generated in a flow-through (FLE) pm rf APGD system or in a stationary system with DBD discharges. The use of plasma leads to the formation of reactive nitrogen and oxygen species, which impart strong antibacterial activity to the preparation.
The developed method allows for the production of a preparation effective against phytopathogens subject to mandatory control, such as Xanthomonas campestris, Ralstonia solanacearum, and Pseudomonas syringae. The preparation can be used at various concentrations and demonstrates stability and non-phytotoxicity.
The invention encompasses both the procedure for obtaining the preparation and the preparation itself, with a specific ionic composition and biological activity.
Application:
- Control of phytopathogenic bacteria in crop production,
- Treatment of plant material and growth substrates,
- Prevention of disease spread in greenhouse cultivation.
