The subject of the invention is a system of devices for generating symmetric cryptographic keys and random numbers using entangled quantum states. The system comprises a central laboratory with a main processor, a beam splitter, relays and agents that create and measure entanglement, as well as user devices that perform measurements.
The system ensures secure key generation thanks to the properties of quantum mechanics. The multi-agent architecture enables scalability, independent channels and multi-user support, with simultaneous measurement synchronisation and eavesdropping detection.
The invention is applicable in infrastructures requiring resistance to attacks, including those using quantum computers, and can be integrated with existing telecommunications and server systems.
Application:
- Quantum-secure symmetric key generation,
- High-security communication networks,
- Certified random number generation for industry.
